In this class, students will be introduced to local successful influential (Guest Speakers) who are making a difference in our communities; Students will create virtual companies and learn the basic steps in forming a small business in a team environment; Students will take part in a field trip to one of our local successful businesses to learn how to manage a small business.

Mariachi music is a form of Mexican folk-art, a mixture of indigenous, European, and African elements and is Mexico's only surviving folkloric ensemble. The performance of Mariachi music requires students perform a variety of song, as well as perform on instruments, sing solo�s, and in a chorus. Students will be taught cultural, musical, and fiscal benefits of learning this culturally diverse art form.

HOPE student programming includes Healthcare Career and Exploration opportunities provided by student participation in career training, career exploration, clinical practicums, projects, course credit, Capstone and /or research.
